Jacquemus is a French brand founded in 2009 by Simon Port Jacquemus. At the age of 19, Simon Porte Jacquemus moved to Paris from Provence to start his own brand, Jacquemus. After working at the Comme des Garçons boutique, the Jacquemus brand quickly gained the support of Rei Kawakubo, which helped bring it to the forefront of the fashion industry. In 2017, Jacquemus added a footwear brand to its offering, and in 2019 launched a menswear line.
