RULES FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF ONLINE ORDERS
Products in stock (delivery 1-5 days):
Return of goods in stock is carried out in accordance with the "Law on Consumer Protection". You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
1. Products have a marketable appearance, without traces of use and operation
2. Integrity of the original packaging with preservation of all labels
3. Availability of documents, checks or online invoices confirming the purchase of goods
Return procedure:
1. Make sure that the product meets the conditions of return
2. Contact us for refund details
3. Refunds are made within 14 banking days
4. Refund is made at the expense of the client (in case of significant defects or inconsistencies with the order payment at the expense of the seller)
Products to order (delivery 7-21 days):
Goods brought by individual order are not subject to return and exchange. In the case of ordering goods from abroad, we perform the function of delivery and customs clearance of products "turnkey".
Our responsibility:
1. Registration of production according to the order of the client
2. Authentication (verification of products for originality) with the provision of relevant documents and invoices at the request of the client
3. Checking products for compliance with the order and the presence of defects
4. Delivery and customs clearance of products
5. Delivery on time (possible complications due to force majeure)
Customer Responsibility:
1. Proper payment of the order
2. The right choice of size and color (we are not responsible for the convenience, size and color of the product)
CONDITIONS OF REALIZATION:
Didn't fit the size? Have you changed your mind or did not like the color live? We offer our customers the function of selling products in our online store using all possible means of advertising and sales. We do not charge ANY commission for placement or sale.
